Harthill Primary School

‘A school at the heart of its village’

The children had an amazing time at the BLOODHOUND workshop at MAGNA.

Each group made their own race car from KNEX which were propelled down the track using air power. The winning cars from each of the groups then competed in a grand finale.  The children also got to spend time finding out about the fabulous BLOODHOUND race car and they were told about the land speed record the BLOODHOUND team are hoping to beat next year in South Africa. In addition they discover more about how to create power using household objects and materials as part of MAGNA's Kitchen Sink workshop.
