Learning challenge - Looking forwards to our first Year 1 topic of Space, could your child design, make or draw a space vehicle? For example: a moon buggy, a rocket, a launch pad etc. Also, it was mentioned to your child yesterday that if they had any concerns or worries about entering Year 1 in September, they could ask an adult to write them down, and they could post them into our 'Worry Box' within the classroom.
Welcome back everyone! We can’t believe how quickly this year has gone so far! We have all had so much fun and it has been a pleasure to watch the children grow in confidence, learn new skills and gain lots of knowledge. As the holiday season begins, the children are really enjoying sharing their holiday stories, so we are going to learn more about transport and travel.
For more information about the learning and activities taking place this half term please see the Newsletter attached below.
A huge well done to all children who are continuing to work through our school Reading Challenge. Complete as many activities as you can and remember to bring in anything you have done at home for our lovely display. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would like any more information about the challenge.
