ENGLISH
To start today, we would like you to practise your handwriting on your wipe-boards. We are forming the letters 'g and h' today. If you feel confident, have a go at writing the letters on the lines in your exercise book after watching the video:
Listen/ watch Mrs R read ’10 things I can do to help the world’. We are using this book all week with our learning.
Visualise/ imagine what the world looks like when we take care of it and what it looks like when we treat it badly and pollute it.
Talk with your grown up about which world you would rather live in and draw a picture.
Then think about the question and write a sentence independently- think about using capital letters, finger spaces and full stops.
You can print the sheet or just draw in your purple book under the same headings.
MATHS
To start our learning today; share the powerpoint with your grown up then have a go at the activities below.
There is no need to print the activity- simply write the answers in your exercise book.
As an extra activity; if you wanted to practise your number bonds to 10 again so you know these fluently, please do. If your grown up says ‘7’ can you say the number which adds to it to make 10? Practise this so you are super fast and know them well.
