As it is the final week of school, and you would have been at high school having your transition week, I have only set Maths tasks for this week. Instead of setting English tasks, I would like to give you the opportunity to continue working on (or start working through) your transition booklets that Wales High School have set. Remember, these can be found in the 'Transition to Wales High School' folder. Mrs Thompson has set the wider curriculum activities too.
Maths
For your final arithmetic task, I have decided to set you the Arithmetic SATs test that last year's Y6s did. This is the most recent SATS paper and so will give you a clear indication of your final gaps in arithmetic. As it is the full paper, you will need to set yourself a timer of 30 minutes for the set of 36 questions. Once the timer is up, mark your answers then identify and work on your remaining gaps over the Summer in preparation for high school.
