Joy of Moving

Willow have begun their 6 week Joy of Moving programme led by Rotherham United Community Trust. The children enjoyed 45 physical activity out on the school field followed by 45 minutes in class engaging in healthy lifestyle activities. This week we measured compared our resting heart rate to our heart rate after moderate and then intense exercise.
